Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has thanked the club's coaching staff for their resurgence since December.
When Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over from Jose Mourinho, United were 11 points off the top four.
Now they are fourth, albeit with only a point lead over Arsenal and Chelsea.
But it is a turnaround that Woodward appreciates, despite the disappointment of losing to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League round of 16 first leg at home.
"The appointment of Ole and Mike as caretaker manager and assistant manager, working with Kieran, Michael and Emilio, has had a positive impact throughout the club," Woodward said in a statement related to United's financial results.
"We are delighted with the improvement in the team's performances since December and we look forward to a strong finish to the 18/19 season."
