Manchester United's players may prefer to see Mauricio Pochettino take over as their new manager.

The Red Devils are eager to hire PSG boss Pochettino, who has Premier League experience with Southampton and Tottenham.

However, they may have to wait for him until the summer, and are reportedly close to hiring Ralf Rangnick as interim boss to the end of the season.

According to the Daily Star, United first team superstars Marcus Rashford, Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes have thrown their weight behind the Pochettino appointment.

They believe hat he is the ideal long-term solution, and would help get the team back to its best level.
