Leeds United are aiming to sign Manchester United striker Ashley Fletcher outright.
The Sun says Leeds are closing in on a deal to sign Fletcher.
Fletcher, who impressed on loan at Barnsley last season, is also wanted by Championship rivals Wolves and Bristol City.
It is thought that Fletcher wants a £7,000-a-week salary and Leeds and prepared to stump up the cash.
United chiefs reportedly want Fletcher to remain in their ranks and push for a Marcus Rashford -style rise into the first-team, but he appears to be considering leaving.
