Manchester United goalkeeper Ondrej Mastny remains confident of a future at Old Trafford.
The Czech Republic youngster is currently impressing on-loan with Portadown in Northern Ireland.
"I am really enjoying it," he told the Manchester Evening News. "When I came here it was 'you come from Man United, wow'. I don't really realise how big it is now but I couldn't quite believe it for a year or two, it was just surreal.
"Now I am more used to it. I trained with the first team this pre-season and then for the first two weeks before I got injured. After a few training sessions you take it as your teammates. You are always training, we always talk.
"But it is special, not everyone gets the chance to do it."
Mastny added: "After injuries and all the hard times I have had to overcome my main goal is to play as much as possible. I am not thinking too much into the future, with football it is hard to do. I just want to play as much as possible."
