Rafael admits Manchester United's locker room were delighted with the manner of victory at West Bromwich.
The Brazilian revealed United had been buoyed by their emphatic success at the Hawthorns.
"We played like a team at West Brom, everyone fighting for each other and we're really glad for everyone," Rafael told the Manchester Evening News.
"Playing for United, every game is important - that's the point. I think on Saturday we showed how we have to play in the other games. If we play like this in most of the games we play, we'll have a chance so we have to keep going.
"This season we've been winning one game and then losing another but we need to get some momentum going now."
