Manchester United captain Harry Maguire says he's ready to take his game to the next level.

Maguire insists he's proud to be a United player.

He told manutd.com: “It's been two years during which I've been really proud and honoured to wear this badge.

“The first memory was excitement and just feeling really proud to join the biggest club in the world. I was excited to go and play in front of Old Trafford and the Chelsea game was a great first memory [on my debut].

“I'm still improving as a player and I feel like we're developing as a team as well and that's the most important thing - developing and winning football matches. It's only two years into my Manchester United career and I fully expect to be here for a lot longer."
