Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will be on the touchline at Chelsea on Saturday - despite being charged by the FA yesterday.
The Daily Star says Mourinho will be given the green light to be in the technical area for Manchester United's explosive showdown at Stamford Bridge.
The United boss still faces a touchline ban after being accused of using 'abusive, insulting or improper' language following his side's dramatic win over Newcastle at Old Trafford earlier this month.
The FA launched an investigation into the incident after staff watched him mouth alleged obscenities in Portuguese into the TV cameras as he walked down the touchline.
Mourinho has until 6pm on Friday to respond - and if he leaves his plea until then there will be no time for the FA to convene a hearing before Saturday's lunchtime kick-off.
