Manchester City whiz Brahim Diaz was delighted with his brace in their Carabao Cup win over Fulham.

Diaz made the most of his opportunity, scoring twice and producing a fine all-round performance to earn the man-of-the-match award.

He said, “It feels so good to score the goals but the most important thing is that we won. We are in the next round. That was the most important thing.

"We have a great squad and staff, so you need to be patient and if you have your chance to have to take it.

“The mood is great and we are like a family."
