Manchester City are tracking Juventus midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur.

Corriere dello Sport says City have been scouting the Uruguay international and have made enquiries about his situation.

City had an offer for the 22 year-old turned down by Juve last summer and plan to try again 12 months on.

This season, Bentancur has produced seven assists in 18 matches in Serie A and has a contract with Juve to 2024.

City hope to do business for around €35-40m.
