Manchester City are ready to place Savinho at PSV Eindhovn next season.
City closed a deal for the young attacker with Atletico Mineiro in March.
And Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports City will loan out Savinho next season.
PSV are now close to an agreement with City for the 18-year-old.
Savinho scored one goal in eleven competitive matches for the Brazilian club this season.
