Byrne's promotion playoff game at Start has been postponed.
The two teams are facing eachother for a place in Norway's Eliteserien.
And among those keeping an eye on the match has been Manchester City stay Erling Haaland.
Haaland decided to support his childhood club, Bryne, financially by paying for a few hundred train tickets.
This is because Bryne fans had to travel from Stavanger to Kristiansand to watch the match.
But an announcement arrived yesterday confirming the game was off: "We have assessed that it is not possible to play on the field due to a high risk of injury. There is a lot of frost and ice in some areas.
"In consultation with both teams, and especially the home team with the responsible doctor at the stadium, we have found that this is not playable."
