Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips is open to ending his association with the club this winter.
Phillips will either leave on loan or permanently this winter, as he wants to play regularly.
The defensive anchorman wants to go to Euro 2024 and be a regular starter for boss Gareth Southgate.
Per The Mail, West Ham United have jumped to the head of the queue to secure Phillips.
He is very tempted by the offer, which may be a loan with an obligation to buy.
West Ham would secure Phillips permanently, but pay for the transfer in the summer for FFP purposes.
