Man City held player crisis talks on Saturday

Manchester City players were in crisis talks yesterday.

The Telegraph says the squad were ordered to attend a meeting on Saturday for crisis talks.

Panicked Etihad chiefs sent out WhatsApp and text messages within an hour of finding out about the two years Champions League ban.

The players were called to an emergency meeting with Ferran Soriano on Saturday lunchtime.

It is understood that the club's Chief Executive Officer wanted to brief the players on the club's plans moving forward.

City could miss out on £170million after being booted out of the competition for two seasons.
