Man City great Aguero slams Canelo: You earned the hatred of all Argentina

Manchester City great Sergio Aguero has continued his attack on boxer Canelo Alvarez.

Canelo was upset about a video of Messi apparently insulting the Mexico jersey after Argentina's World Cup win this week.

The Argentine decided to defend his friend Lionel Messi via social media and reply to the Mexican's words about the Albiceleste star.

"You don't know about soccer" and "don't look for excuses", were some of Aguero's words for Canelo.

However, this was not the end of the story and far from keeping quiet, Canelo responded to the former Barcelona player in a visibly annoyed tone.

"You too? You used to text me and now you're sucking up, don't be a hypocritical b*****d," Canelo wrote.

After this latest threat, Aguero gave a serious warning to the Mexican, through a statement during a live stream, warning him not to even think of stepping foot in Argentina right now.

"You earned the hatred of all Argentina, it's like saying something against Maradona. You played with fire," Aguero added.

"So, sorry, I used to follow you on Instagram, but I stopped following you. I liked you, today I don't like you."
