Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott says Joe Hart has always had the full support of the locker room.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini showed faith in the 26-year-old while changing more than half his team for victory over Everton.

"We never doubted Joe and were never concerned with is form or ability," Lescott told BT Sport One on his England team-mate. "Joe's a strong enough man. He can deal with anything that's put on his shoulders."
