Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini says John Guidetti isn't ready to play first team football.

Mancini says the Sweden striker still needs "two months" to get his fitness to match standard after his recovery from a major physical virus.

"John trains daily, but is not currently ready to play," said Mancini. "He requires one or two months more. But we will give him playing time when the opportunity is there."
