Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says he loves the FA Cup ahead of today's tie with Huddersfield.
Since his arrival, City have reached the semi-finals six times in his seven years in England and won the trophy twice including last year's final against Manchester United.
"I was not born in this country but I know how special the competition is," he said.
"Beating United last year helped us arrive in a better mood for the Champions League final in Istanbul against Inter.
"To win the cup against United was a little bit more special (than any other team), we have to admit it. For our fans, maybe more special.
"To have that rivalry is necessary in our sport. Like the big three animals in tennis Djokovic, Federer and Nadal, the competition is there."
