Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has had a word with Ferran Torres about speaking out against Valencia.
Guardiola's side completed a £21m switch for the winger earlier this week as he penned a five-year deal.
Following the move, the 20-year-old gave an interview to Spanish newspaper Marca where he openly criticised his boyhood club including taking aim at captain Dani Parejo.
But ESPN says upon discovering his comments Guardiola was left 'upset' by them.
He feels Torres should have kept those matters private and instead be focused on preparing for life at the Etihad.
