Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker is feeling in good condition this week.
The England international could be a surprise inclusion in their Champions League quarter final second leg against Real Madrid in midweek.
Walker has not played since he sustained a knock in England's 1-0 friendly loss to Brazil in March.
“He feels much better but he is injured and now we will see, next days," Guardiola told reporters.
“But it's good. If he feels good, maybe he can help us with minutes because it's a final but I don't want to lose him for a long time if he gets injured.
“We will decide. Tomorrow (Sunday) he is going to train a little bit. We will see what happens.
“I know how important Kyle is against the players from Real Madrid.
“But he was not in Madrid and the behavior of Manu and John and Ruben and Josko [Akanji, Stones, Dias, and Gvardiol], they played incredibly well. We know that.
“We will see."
