Malmo defender Hugo Larsson has explained turning down Bournemouth in January.
The Cherries had an offer accepted by MFF, but Larsson rejected the move.
He explained to SportExpressen: "It is probably MFF that has set a price tag and then clubs that are interested can take a position on it. It didn't feel quite right. And I think that another six months in Malmö, or a year if it turns out like that, can help me a lot more.
"Going from the Allsvenskan to the Premier League can be a very big step.
"Then I looked at their matches, the project they presented to me, it didn't feel quite right, simply."
