Mainz goalkeeper Loris Karius is staying calm over talk of a Premier League return.

BILD says Everton and Liverpool have been watching the young German this season.

Jurgen Klopp, the Reds manager, has gone cold on FC Koln keeper Timo Horn and is now focusing on Karius.

Asked about the interest, the former Manchester City junior stated: "Let's see when the time is right. For the moment, so far I've given it little thought."

At least 15 Premier League clubs have been represented at Mainz games since the New Year, with Karius and teammate Yunus Malli the prime focus.
