Luton Town signing Mads Andersen didn't have to think long about naming the player he is excited to face in the Premier League.

With the minnows promoted to the Premier League after winning the Championship play-off final, Andersen cannot wait to test himself against the best in the world.

The Denmark international was asked about an opponent he is ready to face, to which he responded by naming Manchester City's phenom Erling Haaland.

He stated, per Luton Today: “You want to play against Haaland, but we're only going to play against good players so I'm looking forward to everything really.

"I'll try to adapt as quickly as possible and do my best, that's all I can do.

"I'm excited (by facing Haaland), I would love that, no matter the outcome but hopefully it's a good outcome for me.

"When you're playing against those players, and you can compete and feel what it takes to be at that level, I think you will learn a lot and become a better player yourself.

"That's what I want to do, I want to become the best player I can be."
