Real Madrid eased some pressure on coach Julen Lopetegui after a 2-1 Champions League win over Viktoria Plzen.
Karim Benzema and Marcelo struck for the hosts.
Lopetegui stated afterwards: "We've had a lot of chances and we've come from where we came from, we conceded a goal and in the end our nerves returned.
"We're in a dynamic where we have a hard time scoring, the result has been prioritized to break a streak that was negative.
"We have generated many chances and very clear ones, their goal made us uneasy, we have set one foot down and now we have to put both forward."
Asked about the home fans whistling, he also said: "I have not felt anything special, the public is sovereign and treats us fantastically well.
"They wanted an easier triumph as the team deserved. I think we deserved it. Do not make me interpret things that I do not know, the public is always right. The most important are the three points and to break a difficult dynamic."
