Livorno coach Serse Cosmi has great sympathy for sacked Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara.

Juventus fired Ferrara a week ago after a terrible run left them out of the title race, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League.

Cosmi said: "Mourinho was right to defend Ferrara. Enough with the hysteria that surrounds the coaches. It's impossible to work well like this and do your best."

Livorno face Juve this weekend.
