Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli has accepted a Football Association charge of misconduct.
The Italy international breached social media rules last week when he posted a message referring to racial stereotypes on Twitter.
Balotelli removed the post quickly after it appeared on the web before reportedly submitting a written explanation that it was actually an attempt at a humorous anti-racism note.
However, Sky Sports suggests that he has accepted the FA charge and has not requested a personal hearing.
