​Liverpool loanee Kent wins SPL Young Player of the Year award

Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent has won the Young Player of the Year award in Scotland.

Kent, who is on loan at Rangers under the tutelage of Steven Gerrard, has been in excellent form all season.

And the winger has been rewarded by the SPL, winning the PFA Young Player of the Year award.

The 22-year-old managed 40 appearances for Rangers in all competitions, during which he scored six goals.

It is unclear if Kent will go back to Liverpool for next season or head on loan for another year.
