Lucas Leiva is hoping former Liverpool teammates Andy Carroll and Joe Cole can both do them a favour on Sunday.
Liverpool need West Ham United to beat Manchester City if they're to have any chance of winning the Premier League title.
Lucas said: "Will I be texting Andy? Yeah. They have been here with us, working with us and I'm sure they will do their best to get points for West Ham and help us. But it's not in our hands. For eight or nine minutes we just switched off and paid the price.
"It was very quiet in the dressing room after Palace, the quietest I have seen since I came here (in 2007) and it was hard to explain. But we still have Newcastle to play and we still have to believe something good is coming.
"We know it is not in our hands any more but it has been a fantastic season for us. People wouldn't expect us to achieve what we achieved and now we move on and see what will happen."
