Liverpool could part ways with Xherdan Shaqiri this summer.

Metro claims the Reds are willing to sell Shaqiri in order to sign Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze.

The 20-year-old has emerged as one of football's hottest prospects after a stunning debut season in Spain.

To make room for the Nigerian, Shaqiri would be sold after failing to acclimatise to Jurgen Klopp's tactical demands this season.

The 27-year-old scored just six times this season and Klopp wants somebody to apply more pressure on his established front three.
