Liverpool, Chelsea join Barcelona interest for 'banned' BVB star Aubameyang

Premier League clubs are on red alert after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was dumped from the Borussia Dortmund squad.

BVB has suspended its top scorer Aubameyang for what the club says are "disciplinary reasons."

Dortmund said on Twitter that Aubameyang, who has 10 goals in 11 Bundesliga games this season, has been left out of the side to face Stuttgart away on Friday.

Aubameyang is being linked with Barcelona, though he was mentioned as a target for Chelsea and Jurgen Klopp's Chelsea over the summer.

The striker told Bild:"There was a time in the window when I could have changed.

“We (Aubameyang and the Dortmund board) agreed on this together in all openness but nothing happened.

"I have always felt very comfortable in Dortmund, in the team and at BVB, and that is true today, too. BVB is my family!"
