Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says Mohamed Salah has returned from his summer break fully refreshed.
Klopp says Salah, who recently signed a new long-term deal to stay at Anfield, has returned for the new season with something different.
Klopp said: "I think he found a right foot on holiday. He always develops. It's really crazy. I know a few years back he arrived and usually when a player comes from outside inside they use the inside of the foot to spin the ball and all of a sudden he had the full throttle - the Chelsea goal is a pretty remarkable one. This year he arrived with crosses with his right foot."
Salah found the net five times against Manchester United last season and one more on Monday evening would see the Egyptian become the outright top scorer in the stand-out fixture between English football's two most successful clubs.
"I'm pretty sure he knows that. I didn't know it but I'm pretty sure Mo knows it, so good news!" added Klopp.
