Chelsea are eyeing Lille midfielder Thiago Mendes.
France Football says Lille are prepared to listen to offers for the Brazilian ahead of the January market.
Chelsea, Wolfsburg and Schalke 04 have all made contact with LOSC to register their interest in Mendes.
Lille are eager to sell to ease some financial pressure.
Mendes moved to Lille 18 months ago from Sao Paulo for €9m signing a deal to 2022.
