Leyton Orient have snapped up former Liverpool and Napoli defender Andrea Dossena.
The 33-year-old left-back was out of contract after his deal with Sunderland expired on July 1.
New Orient manager Mauro Milanese has made ex-Napoli fullback Dossena his first signing since his appointment.
