Leicester City midfielder Vicente Iborra was pleased with their 1-1 draw against Fulham.

James Maddison struck to earn the point for the Foxes.

Iborra told LCFC TV at full-time: “It was a tough game, I think our mentality before the game was to try to win the game but of course we knew we play against a strong team who are in a difficult moment, the game showed it, it was difficult for both.

“I think in the first half we missed a lot of chances and they scored. In the first half we tried to combat the game, we had a lot of chances and at the end we could've scored, but I think the point is fair."

He added: "Personally, I work to play, to help the team, of course I don't like to start the game on the bench but the manager decides to work to change the situation."
