Leicester drop birthday message service due to Rodgers pranks

Leicester City have taken the unusual step of banning birthday message announcements.

Given the situation around Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers, who is being touted for the sack, the club have taken action.

The club has been pranked by some supporters, who are using the birthday message announcing service to call for the manager's sacking.

Fans paid for messages such as “Zak Rodgers" and “Brenda Nout" referencing wanting Rodgers sacked.

Per The Sun, Leicester did not comment when they were asked about the story.

The club will be hoping they can reverse their fortunes without having to sack their long time manager.
