Leganes coach Asier Garitano believes Barcelona are stronger this season without Neymar.

Barca defeated Leganes on the weekend.

"Compared to last season, when they still had Neymar, they've changed a lot," said Garitano.

"From 4-3-3 they went 4-4-2 to 4-3-2-1, but most of all, the summer problems of Neymar's departure were beneficial elsewhere, because they made Barça more a team than before.

"They are more compact. They always keep possession, but are stronger defensively."

Garitano was speaking to Tuttosport before tonight's Champions League 0-0 draw between Barca and Juventus.
