Manchester City starlet Romeo Lavia is a target for Southampton and Leeds United.

The Belgium youth international tasted first team football with City last season.

The Athletic says both Saints and Leeds are keen, though City are reluctant to let him leave the Etihad.

Lavia is well regarded in Manchester and some at the club believe he will be a first team regular.

The teen was spotted by City chiefs while playing for Anderlecht in the KDB Cup.
