Leeds United have made a move for Rennes attacker Rapinha.

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is eager to strengthen his attacking options and has approved an approach for Raphina.

Goal says talks have commenced, with Leeds already making an opening bid.

However, Rennes coach Julien Stephan is fighting to keep hold of Rapinha as they prepare for a first Champions League campaign.

The Brazilian, 23, is in his second season with Rennes.
