Leeds United midfielder Marc Roca has spoken about the secrets behind his early success at the club.

A summer recruit from Bayern Munich under coach Jesse Marsch, Roca has been an ever present in the Premier League for the Elland Road club.

The 25-year-old has been impressive in midfield next to Tyler Adams for the Whites, as they attempt to climb up the league table.

"Trying to always be focused and disciplined in my work, in my tasks, I am very clear that depends on me. I have to do 100% to fulfil it to the maximum that I can," Roca told Marca.

"The truth is that it has always helped me. I like to read, I like to meditate, I like to be calm with myself which in the end is how I can best focus my attention.

"And that way that helps me to be able to be 100% at all times in each training session and in each game."
