Leeds boss Javi Gracia: I live in constant stress

Leeds United boss Javi Gracia admits he lives in "constant stress".

Leeds face Liverpool on Monday night.

Gracia said, "I don't have time for anything away from football.

"I spend 12 hours a day on the training ground and – apart from talking to my family on the phone and watching football on TV – the rest of the time is spent eating and sleeping at the hotel.

"I don't relax, I live stressed and I feel the stress inside.

"We believe that we can survive. But the game against Liverpool is crucial, we have to give everything we have. Liverpool are very dangerous, but it is important to be strong in this difficult moment."
