Lazio midfielder Lucas Leiva admits the players are anxious about a resume of the season.

Lazio are a point behind Serie A leaders Juventus.

“The season was suspended when we were one point off the top of the Serie A table," said Lucas.

"If we get the all-clear to resume, we can have our say in the Scudetto race.

“In any case, I think we'll be able to qualify for the Champions League and that would already be an extraordinary result."
