Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri is ready to welcome new signing Matteo Guendouzi this week.

Former Arsenal midfielder Guendouzi will move to Lazio from Olympique Marseille.

Sarri said: "Guendouzi can certainly bring energy to Lazio.

"When I saw him play in England he was energetic, with great mental and physical energy, a player with characteristics that in our squad of midfielders now we don't have.

"The big names almost never have an impact in the locker room, let's see if this boy has this ability to convey his competitive energy."
