Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert is still waiting for loan interest in Scottish full back Alan Hutton. Lambert admits he will not stand in the 28 year olds way if a suitable offer is received, but has refused to be drawn on reports suggesting interested parties are being put off by a Premier League wage packet.
He said: "I don't know, you'd probably have to ask the teams that are interested in him.
"It's good for him that he's performing for the national team, I can't influence that, all I can influence is Aston Villa.
"If something comes in, we'll certainly look at it. I spoke to Alan but, at the moment, we've not had anything."
