Kvaratskhelia: U21 Euros? Ask Napoli

Napoli ace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has ducked questions about his absence for Georgia from the summer's U21 Euros.

The winger referred reporters to Napoli at yesterday's media conference.

He said, "I've already talked about the absence from the Under 21 European Championship, no one has said that the team missed someone, everyone honored the shirt and it was a successful tournament for us.

"If I refused due to some pressure from Napoli? You can ask the club, I have always given 100% for Georgia. For me it would have been nice to play with the guys who have done so much good."

He continued: "Spain? I have always given my all for Georgia and I will do so against them too, I am ready to play 90 minutes. Ballon d'Or? I'm happy about it, but now I'm thinking about doing well with Spain. I'm happy to be where I am."
