Wigan Athletic attacker Arouna Kone is happy playing for Roberto Martinez.

He likes Kone's versatility and the African says he can play anywhere up front.

"In terms of the role I'm playing in the team, I'm quite happy to play in any kind of position going forward," he said.

"I have played in different roles during my career. At PSV I played mostly on the left side, then at Sevilla it was a system with two players up front and more recently I have played on my own as the main striker at Levante.

"It doesn't matter where I play as long as we are doing well as a team. We're having a period that happens to most teams in football and that will pass as we try even harder to win games."
