Kane reveals Tottenham 'stuck together' after Dinamo Zagreb shock

Harry Kane insists Tottenham are 'stuck together' following a tough couple of weeks.

Spurs responded to defeats against Arsenal and Dinamo Zagreb by beating Aston Villa on Sunday.

And Kane doesn't any animosity amongst his teammates as they look to finish off the season strongly.

He told the club's website: "We dropped below our standards in the last couple of games in all aspects, really, and it was important for us to bounce back, not just for us, but for the club, for the fans, for everyone watching.

"It was an important game. Villa have been great this season, right up there in the league and any game away from home in the Premier League is tough. We've come here and done the job. I'm proud of the boys, the way we responded.

"We were together from the first minute, dug deep, defended when we had to and put away our chances when we had them.

"There is a long way to go from now until the end of the season, so we're not getting carried away. It was important we all stuck together, players on the pitch, everyone on the bench, everyone involved with the squad, and we need that going forward if we want to have any type of success from now until the end of the season."
