Kane: Bayern Munich always in control for win at Man Utd

Harry Kane felt Bayern Munich were always in control for victory at Manchester United.

Kingsley Coman's 70th minute winner eliminated United not just from the Champions League, but also Europe.

Kane said: "It was nice. I felt like we controlled the game and had the better chances. We were calm and we knew in the quick transitions we could hurt them.

"It is always tough when you are top and through already but we had a good motivation. It was nice to get the win today.

"Everyone has been amazing at Bayern since I arrived. I feel like there is more to come. I feel like I am getting to know more what the boss wants. It suits me well here.

"After the result at the weekend we had a really high motivation here. I think there could be a bit more in the final third. We had a good start to the season but I feel like there are a few more gears to go up.

"We have enough ability to go far in this competition. That is the ambition, to go and win the Champions League.

"It will be a tough test, but we have to keep improving. I feel there is another level we can achieve."
