Juventus are exploring the prospect of selling goalkeeper Gigi Buffon to Arsenal.

Turin sources say Juve want to know how much interest Arsenal have in Buffon before deciding the Italy goalkeeper's future.

The faltering Serie A giants have been thinking of cashing in on the 32-year-old and use the funds to help revitalise the side.

Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal were earmarked as possible destinations, with the Gunners believed to be most willing to submit an offer.

But with changes in the boardroom and new coach Gigi del Neri arriving, Juve are now reluctant to tout Buffon across Europe without a solid offer being on the table.
