Juventus have passed on signing permanently on-loan Barcelona defender Martin Caceres.

Caceres enjoyed an impressive spell at Juve last season, but new coach Gigi del Neri has decided to go in a different direction.

Sport says Caceres is now returning to the Nou Camp, though Arsenal are among clubs keen to take the defender off Barca's hands.
