Juventus coach Allegri: We lost our intensity after halftime

Juventus boss Max Allegri was left frustrated after their 1-1 draw with Inter Milan.

Mauro Icardi canceled out Carlos Tevez's goal for Juve.

"We knew the game would be difficult, but for 45 minutes it was one of our best performances of the season. We couldn't keep that intensity up for the full 90," Allegri told Sky Sport Italia.

"Even before the goal we had lost a bit of organisation and were making too many technical mistakes, so that is something we need to work on.

"After that we lost our heads for a moment, conceding two chances we should not have allowed our opponents, and even ran a risk 10 seconds from the end. It was mad to allow a counter like that with 10 against 11.

"In the first half it was one-way traffic. Inter deserve credit for fighting back and it's a shame we didn't start the year with a victory, but the performance was excellent in the first half and sufficient in the second.

"In my view we were too static in the second half, whereas in the first the midfielders were always moving and not allowing Inter any reference points, so they could never catch us."
