Juventus sports chief Fabio Paratici has held talks with Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Paratici, reports Corriere dello Sport, watched Pogba in action for France against Turkey and the pair met afterwards.
During the catch-up, Paratici was assured by Pogba that he would welcome a return to Turin.
The deal is now up to Juve's board, where they must make a big name sale to comply with Financial Fair Play laws before getting to the stage of meeting the asking price of United - which ranges between €150-180m.
The sale of Joao Cancelo to Manchester City for €60m would boost Juve's plans.
